Was this a dream sequence? The only thing I get out of this is some musician got sick, there moving in slow motion in rehab, and we want your money... This was filmed as a directors art piece.. Not cohesive to the mission statement of what is being said verse, what it portrays.
I think the black and white, tight head shots and slow motion all remind me of those commercials that are trying to tug at your heart strings to get your money. I think tonally it is consistent, throughout.
